SENIOR QUALITY & FOOD SAFETY EXECUTIVE will play a crucial role in :Implement and maintain quality control procedures for raw materials, in-process materials, and finished goods.
- Maintaining and enhancing the quality standards of our Fast-Moving Consumer Goods.
- You will manage quality control processes, conduct audits, and collaborate closely with various departments to ensure our products meet the highest industry and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with production, R&D, and supply chain teams to address quality issues.
- Investigate and resolve product quality complaints in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations and standards.
- Responsibilities:
- Quality Control Procedures:Implement and maintain quality control procedures for raw materials, in-process materials, and finished goods.
- Inspections and Testing:Conduct regular inspections and tests of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
- Documentation:Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and quality control activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Deviation Handling:Identify and investigate any deviations from quality standards or specifications, and take corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- GMP and GHP Compliance:Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Hygiene Practices (GHP).
- Process Improvement:Identify areas for improvement in quality control processes and procedures, and contribute to the implementation of those improvements.
- Training:Train production line employees on quality control procedures and standards.
- Audits:Participate in internal and external audits related to quality control.
- Sample Handling:Handle, store, and preserve samples according to established procedures.
- SOP Development:Contribute to the development and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for quality control activities.
- Data Analysis:Analyze data related to quality control activities to identify trends and areas for improvement. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 -3 years experience in quality assurance/control within the FMCG sector. Skills
